I haven't, but looks like rebranded Shuguang to me. I had a cryo'd set of Shguangs in a previous amp, they were very good, probably better than the NOS RFT's I also had.

+1, most likely Shuguangs EL-34B...
And thats not a bad thing, they seem to be of quite respecftable quality.
Currently usig a quad of them in my Xindak V15.
