You won't worry about the price once you have heard them Mike! No one ever sells theirs as they sound that good!

I have to compare old style Stillpoints against RDC cones with bases
Think it will be close

Likewise, thankfully bought them used and sold them all on. On the other hand I had one of their amp stands
under my Passlabs and that worked very well so maybe if you can afford the whole system - gulp,
otherwise look to cheaper and better alternatives.

This guy just got addicted to Shun Mook foo, I tried the mPingo discs - zero effect. Not just me I experimented on other laboratory animals too:D

I borrowed the discs. It was good fun messing with them. People are easily fooled with a bit of psychology.

Just resurrecting an old thread as I was researching the use of Stillpoints. They are a lovely bit of kit, but a bit out of my price range.

Doubtless inferior, but still employing ball bearing support would be 'Lazy Susan' bearing supports. Has anyone tried these?
