After seeingi so many people doing cable upgrades I was wondering if any one way getting rid of any cables looking for two three metre runs.

Hi I haven't got round to listing my Roksan HDC 815 (same as the current 02s model according to Roksan)

It is a 5 metre pair but in bi wire configuration with roksan factory fitted banana plugs

So it's actually 10m of cable each side but BI-wired so 5m length each side

£20 per metre new so around £400 new plus the 6 plugs

Would be looking for £125 plus post as I just don't need them with active speakers and need a clear out :)

Please PM me if u want some pics and or to discuss

Remembered I took a pic the other day in preparation for listing them. The pic is for 1 speaker

Talk 3.1

Gerald. I very much doubt you will find a better cable than Talk 3.1 without spending a lot more money than you appear to have in mind. Talk 3.1 is excellent and outstanding value for money. I only recently found better and then by spending much much more. I currently use TCI King Cobra and have a spare brand new 3m stereo pair but it's got to cost more than the Roksan option above. As well it should. I can look up what it owes me if you like but I would honestly keep what you've got if you're keeping the budget down.

I dont know your budget and have not tried them myself yet but Van Damme HiFi Series 6mm Speaker Cable gets a good name. Something I intend trying in the near future. Not silly money either.....2 * 2 metre runs with connectors are about £60.

as far as I know the older talk 3 is better than the 3.1

I suspect Richard is correct about Talk 3.1. I've used Talk cables and for the money they've always been pretty decent.

Personally Id be content with what I had until u have the opportunity to hear something within Ur own system that warrants the extra outlay.
U may well find someone in the future who is willing to send u or pop over with something which doesn't cost the earth which will suit Ur tastes a little more, just don't get itchy feet because a few others have done a little upgrade recently :)

U are already sitting pretty with a great budget cable, so just enjoy the tunes until something falls into ur lap which u can't resist :)
