Hello everyone, I'm Tom, based in London. I have been lurking around for a while checking out the pics of kit and keeping an eye in the classifieds, finally decided to jump in.

Kit wise I currently have one system split for analogue and digital duties. In the analogue side I'm using a Maniticore Mantra TT, through a Trichord Dino into a Unison Research Unico. The arm is a Roksan Nima, cartridge an Orfofon VMS 30 Mk II. Speakers are B&W 684.

I used to play CD (Sony DVP-S7700) and Sonos through a CA Dacmagic into the Unico too, however I'm now using a Lyngdorf TDAI-2170. This is a fully digital integrated with room correction. Although I was dubious at first this amp is growing on me rapidly. Where my TT setup was on a comfortable par with CD previously it now sounds dull and wooly!

Might be time for some upgrades.....

Hi Tom, and welcome to AoS. The mantra was a good deck and I used to have a Dino myself and liked it. Sure if you put up a question for advice in the appropriate section you will be led in the right direction. Also you could pop some pics up in the gallery section- we like pictures around here:)

Nice set up, I used to own a Unico, many years ago. My first upgrade, many, many years ago re turntable (I had an Ariston Q deck) was to be a Manticore but I ended up with a Voyd Valdi instead. I was and still am curious re how a Manticore would have sounded.
