Hi All,
I'm Jack from Hong Kong. I have been an audiophile for 20+ years but my focus is always on the music. My current system is:
Source: Lampizator Level 7 DAC
Preamp: Bent Audio AVC-1 with Silver Autoformer
Amp: Tatic Audio 10Y Monoblocks
Speakers: Beauhorn Virtuoso Reference with Lowther DX4
Supertweeter: Fostex T500a Mk.II w/ Duelund 1.5uF 1st order XOR
Subwoofer: Funk Audio 18.0 Passive driven by miniDSP+Lab Gruppen Clone 14K
Cables: Anticables, Synergistic Research, Elrod
Music: Everything but Jazz and heavy metal
The setup is also used for 7.2 Hometheater, using a Yamaha 3010 AV receiver, with preout to AVC-1's HT-bypass input. Thus main speakers are driven by the 10Y amps while the rest of the channels are driven by the Yamaha. Projector is Optomo HT-806 with a 100 ft OS Electric Screen.
Listening room is about 11 ft x 22 ft. Minimal treatment, only diffusor at first reflection point. Tried bass traps and such and do not like them (sounds lifeless).
That's it for now. Welcome any questions and comments.
