Harbeth P3 ESRs speaker stands

Thanks guys, I'll have a look at the suggestions.

Pretty sure there was an Italian guy on PFM spamming the threads on there recently with links to his website showing similar stands but they were about 600 odd euros I think.

Talk about stand overkill :lol:

The Something Solid ones sound best to hifi dave and I, as heavy lumps may affect bass reproduction unduly (although the P3ESR's in the link above had some sort of feet between them and the stand). Harbeth resolutely refuse to talk any sense about stands for their products apart from suggesting piles of books :rolleyes: so a chat to one of the few UK Harbeth dealers is called for and as hifi dave is a member here.......................

Thanks Dave but the SS stands are bleeding horrible looking things as are the Skylan stands, IMO.

Something Solid do also make an open-tube stand that could be customised (taller and with longer cruciform feet) to match.

Linn Kan stands work well for me. Aesthetically I prefer the Mk.II ones, not the four vertical pillar type.
I recently sold a pair after I sold my LS3/5as.
