I bought these in June 2014 from Watford valves, but I have found them unsuitable for my ET3 amp (which seems to be VERY hard on valves). They are unused, apart from an hour or so testing them.
Here is the description (sales puff) from Watford valves:
"The Voskhod ECC88 6N23n is referred to as an Audio Giant Killer when it comes to replacing ECC88, E88CC , 6922 and 6N11 in audio applications. Voskhod produced these ECC88 for the Russian Military and because of its very high quality design, quality of components and construction it is a real audio gem and one of the most sought after Russian valves.
So given the excellent performance of this valve, what happens if we cryogenically treat it?. The valve performance is taken to new level. The improvements start at the bass end with greater depth and clarity. The midband has more transparency particularly on vocals and strings. The top end has more presence especially on more attack. This valve will outperform many high-priced new old stock items for a fraction of the cost. Just Google Voskhod "Rocket Logo" 6H23N to see the incredible reviews."
Happy to sell individually, pairs, pair + spare or whatever. I paid £14 each from Watford, and they are completely unused apart from a quick check to see that they worked in my preamp, but am willing to let them go for a sensible offer.
