is now after one or two setbacks up and running, to me it sounds wonderful with my cheap Shure M97xE cartridge which is a bargain imho. :)

Totally agree about the Shure, amazing value for money! Perhaps not the most refined but very musical, organic, and engaging.

Dave, as you know, I'm an oldie like you, I wouldn't have a clue how to produce pictures, Perhaps you could confirm to the doubters on this forum that I do actually have one. :lol:

Yes, I can confirm that you do, indeed, own a Gyro SE - after a long wait.

I can also confirm that I am an 'oldie' but have managed to bumble through posting pics. It's not that difficult if you have a digital camera..:hmm:

Great deck and arm too with s bargain cartridge it sounds great so with a decent cartridge it will be even better ! The joys of turntables are the ease of upgrading !
