Lovely turntable system that sounds damn fine, imho.

But it's months since I used it last (Marco's and Snapper's visit here, I reckon).
I just cannot be arsed with the whole LP thing any more.

So, someone can get a bargain.

All in very nice condition and working A1.
Bought from Angus / phonomac of this parish in May 2013, who had checked it out and refurbed it, as is his wont.

The AT-1010 arm has a (removeable) brass collar (made by Angus) fitted to allow a heavy cart to be used so the c/wt can be closer in so you can close the turntable lid!
Btw - the top of the range AT-1010 was designed by Audio Technica but actually made by high end company Audiocraft in Japan.

The Ortofon MC25FL has loads of life left in it and sounds fab.

COLLECTION ONLY - GL17 - or we may be able to meet up.

£600 the lot. Or offers. Or p/ex swaps etc.

Lover the arm on this in particular Jerry and wish I had something you'd be interested in for swopsies. Could be fun to have a play with.

yep, lovely and interesting arm, Tom.

Not a lot of interest in the whole system 'package', so I may well be looking at splitting and selling off the bits separately.

No use offering you a cartridge then!
Trouble with swapping with you is that you seem to have owned most hifi things already.
How about a dishwasher that might need a new motor, and a (very) low mileage exercise cycle?

I understand you'd prefer to sell all together. However, if you are really willing to split, I'd be interested in taking the arm.

Going rate for the arm is not far off what Jerry was looking for for the whole package. Was sorely tempted myself. It's AT's top of the line arm, silver wired, built for them by Audiocraft.

Correct!

I'm a tad surprised that no-one has bitten my arm off! :)

Offers invited ....

Jerry,

That's the best result. I was sorely tempted to come over to the West side of the County, but I resisted!

Well, you're more than welcome to pop over to spin a few choons and have a chat if you like, anyway, Charlie. It's not really that far at all.
