My C200 power amp is now up for sale. I bought this last year as a standby while I updated my valve amp. That's still not finished, but I now have a Jungson JA88-D (09) SE Class A brute to play with.
The C200 was designed by Bent Holter of Hegel Music Systems, in collaboration with Consonance. If you look at Hegel's current range, they still use the same casework, which is probably made by Consonance. Just the face plates are different. http://davidmichaelaudio.com/hegel/
Looking inside, I think the power amp section of the C200 is the same as, or very similar to, the Hegel H100, but can't get enough info to confirm that. Anyway, the specs seem very similar, the PSU looks the same, and as both were designed by Bent Holter it's probably a safe assumption.
The C200 has performed faultlessly since I bought it, but now it has to go. Originally it cost £899, and I am asking £200 plus carriage, about £20 inc insurance. Or local pickup.

I've put a little circle of yellow film over the bright blue LED. It's now green and much less bright. You can just peel it off if you want.
