Speaker stands atacama or gorilla ?

Hi I have mission M30 speakers and need stands there are Atacama nexus 5i on our post office window for sale or ive seen gorilla on Amazon which is best ??????

Load 'em up with kiln dried sand.
Don't forget to use the spikes.

Is it easy to put the sand inside ? Does the sand make a difference in sound ?

The sand will make the stand less inclined to resonance.
If a stand has resonance there's a small chance it will sing along at certain frequencies, and the sand stops this.
It will also give the stand increased stability just because of the increase in mass.

You may need to undo the top plate to fill the uprights with sand.
