Wanted - Technics SL 1200/1210 turntable

Just toying with the idea of trying one out so I thought I might as well try here. I'm looking for one that is in really good condition, one that hasn't been DJ'd and preferably boxed. I'd expect to pay around 15% under a typical Ebay price in view of the saving in fees. It's not a desperate search but someone might just be thinking of moving one on.

Hi Alan, I've a mint SL1200 boxed (the box is for an SL1210) never been DJ'd however it has been substantially upgraded with and outboard Timestep MK1 PSU, Isonoes & Techniboots, Micro Seiki MA-202 arm & HA-202 headshell, Reson Reca MM cart with approx 600 hours on it and a Speedy Steve armboard plus a Technics Acromat.

The lid isn't mint and has a couple of scratches which could be polished out.

PM if interested however this TT isn't anywhere near a stock one in terms of price and performance.

Thanks for the two suggestions - for the moment though I'm tending towards the stock item or one that hasn't been modified as much. I'm thinking that it will be easier to sell on if I find it's not really what I'm looking for.
