As We were re jigging the edit suite to make it more flexible for recording the radio show, I tjoght it a good idea to audition various inter connects before making or having made a new cable set. After trying Mogami, Van Damme, Gotham and Klotz, the clear favourite was Van Damme Pro Grade Classic Silver Plated XKE Instrument Cable. A very interesting to the Van Damme HQ in Kings Cross led to getting a good set of cables at a decent price and the whole thing is now sounding really full, dynamic and detailed. After trying three different Van Damme speaker cables, we all felt that the Black Rhodium Twist from MCRU sounded better so stuck to that.
