Less than 39 pairs of those Siltech speakers (£65K a pair) will ever be built apparently (http://www.6moons.com/industryfeatures/siltech/pantheon.html) - made in cooperation with Cadence Audio (http://cadenceaudio.com/productfr.html) which is where I recognise the electrostatic panel.

Speakers are Siltech Pantheon XXVs' & Power amps are Cadence Canasyas' (hybrids). Cadence is an Indian brand and they are part owners of Siltech and Crystal cables.

Hello from New Zealand and welcome to AOS.
System looks nice, but would I be right in surmising it looks even better in low light? Those 845s must produce just the right romantic light setting??
This is not the usual stuff we see here - so that is interesting in itself. But my other query is: what sort of music do you listen to?

Yeah you are right on! It looks a dream in low light, completely out of the world.
I listen to Jazz, Soft vocals,Western classical and some local stuff like A R Rehman's 90's albums & Ilayaraja's oldies.

Hi Venkat, I wouldn't say I'm familiar with Cadence as such but I do remember the original hybrid speaker they launched a few years ago.

The 'stat panels are sloping forward? - what's going on there?
They can be sloped forward or backward or kept level, even an inch difference in their position makes a difference in HF & LF. I like it when they are sloped forward. The sweetspot is very limited but the 3d imaging & soundstage is extraordinary.

I would love to see close ups of the gear and its always lovely to see other shots of the room so we can get a feel for the acoustic you listen in. I have some Esoteric gear, very nice.

My genre of choice is Western Classical, though a lot of Piazzolla (Argentina) at the moment. I'm afraid my knowledge of Indian Classical is limited to Ravi Shankar and indirectly his influence on Philip Glass.
By the way did you follow Anand & Carlsen when they were in Chennai?

Thanks Peter, i crossed over from SS to valves after my experience with EAR 834l and have been a valve fan since then. chennai has only one season all year round:( atleast with valves i get to enjoy the heat.
CJ is a bit on the warm side, very easy on the ears. Looking for Mullard 7308 tubes, currently using 6922s'. very tough to source 10 7308s' any other tube rolling suggestions welcome.
Esoteric is built like a tank, dynamics are ultimate, absolutely quiet background, very detailed,doesn't tolerate bad recordings, shows them as they are.
Before settling down with esoteric I had Stahltek opus prime,transport was metronome kalista, the sound was magical though not natural, more analogue like but when doing an AB comparison with the Esoterics ,they lacked some minute details & nuances.
Pantheons are truly supreme, i have listened to Ascendo MS, Alexandria,Sonus Faber hyda, Alexia, Grande Utopia etc, the soundstage is good in all of them but none had the 3d imaging like the pantheons, PRAT is excellent. NO upgrades as far as speakers are concerned.

Need some clarifications on cleaning up the power. I have a dedicated line to my AV room run through servo stabiliser. should i go for power conditioner or distributor or isolation transformer or all together? suggestions pls :mental:

Thank you, very interesting and seeing the room will also be interesting as its always informative to see the environment folks have to work with and against to get their system working.
