Valve Pre Amplifier

Hi all,

I'm having a clear out again and found this valve pre amplifier I built awhile ago.

Nice SRPP configuration with excellent NOS 6n6p Russian military double triode valves plus a spare set.
Elevated regulated DC heaters and a pair of massive quality 660uf capacitors in the HT with Kiwami resistors.

Very quite in operation

24 Stepped Ladder Attenuator with metal film resistors.

Good solid case with room for a dac if that way inclined.
Single RCA phono input but you could easily add another.

He has a Quad 405 that needs TLC.

I'll second that ! Still using a Dunc DAC and ss power amp - just brilliant.
Oh .. And those Kef 105's are simply sublime/ transparent/ musical etc quite surprised how good a quad 405 can be. You are in for a treat.
