I have a Helios X500 media player which I have been trying to sale with out luck for the past few months. The Helios is fitted with a audio grade linear power supply, giving the price of a decent linear power supply would it be possible to remove the power supply and modify it for use with other suitable audio equipment? Any one have any thoughts? Thanks.
