Wondered if this diode could be identified. It's a glass-bead type with yellow band.
Thanks.
What is the circuit, or rather to what type of electronics does the board belong?
The diodes might be general purpose small-signal diodes such as the glass encapsulated type: 1N4148.

Definitely a small signal diode as Barry says.
Looks like a 1N914 type to me, but you can interchange with a 1N4148 as you will.

It's on the main board of a Roksan DP 1 transport and part of a power supply section, Barry. I've always lusted after one for the design and bought a faulty one.
Looks like it's been looked at previously. Nearing the top of this photo are a 22K and 2K2 SM resistors which look out of place and appear to have had an ordinary resistor paralleled to each which appear to have blown. A circuit diagram would be handy but haven't found anything.

Thanks Barry and Alan.
