Denon DP-62L direct drive turntable.

As seen, heard and lusted over at the Scalford Hall "Hi-Pie" Show.

"Best looking tt I have ever seen" was a very frequently heard comment.

And it sounds good, too.

Comes with two arm wands, the heavy weight shown in the pic below (great for Denon 103! - and many other MCs) and a straight lightweight one as shown in my avatar above - MM's or some MCs (e.g. Denon S1).

Very Nice condition, plinth has next to no marks, perspex lid has a few scratches which should polish out no problem. Lid stays firm at any reasonable angle.

Auto-lift at the end of side, which is wonderful and damn hard to do without once you've used it!

I just fancy a change - swaps for another tt probably, or anything I can readily sell-on, with perhaps a little on the p/ex front?

What Have You? :)

Cash purchase? Hmmm ... OK. £400 is what it cost me and what it will cost you.
No offers, as a punch on the snoot sometimes offends. ;)

Pickup in Deepest Glos GL17, or we may be able to meet up M5/M4/M6/M50 sort of area. Think Ross on Wye, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff.

Comes with mains adaptor box to enable it to run on 240V.

Note: cartridge not included.

I've a couple of surplus mp3 players, complete with earphones - any interest to you? Too far from GL17 for a punch in the snoot :ner::ner::ner:
Seriously though, nice piece of kit - good luck with the swap - aren't you going to be very lucky to find something that betters that combination of looks and performance?
Cheers,

Yup, quite possibly. But you never know, someone might offer me a swap for a SME30. :)

Ohhhh... I could be persuaded to get rid of the Technics for that... Any interest in a lightly modded SL1200?

Jason

Thanks, Jason, but 'nah' I don't think I'm a Technics FanBoy. :)

.... SME 30 maybe ;), perhaps even a 20!

I can offer a swap for a picture of either... or even BOTH!

Any good? :)

Hi Jason,
I suggest that you have a word with the wife - you might then not have to part with the cats :lol::lol:

Denon DP-62L plus £3.5K for a new SME 20 maybe? I have 6 cats so need no more!

OK - that's good. I'll send a picture of the Denon in return. :)

Werll - I've got a few of folks interested at the moment - 2 cash deals and a swapsie .... 1st person with a £400 cash deal wins, how about that? :)

The wife is definitely out, she said my box-swapping tendencies were bad enough and would only consider exchange with a non-hifi non-geeky Brad Pitt lookalike.

The cats are looking nervous.
