I have a lovely little Bellari VP phono stage for sale, my first valve stage. I have upgraded the tube to a Sovtek 12AX7-LPS, but will also supply the original tube.
Comes in original box with power supply.

Ah, I used to have one of these. It was better than the three times as dear Pro-Ject TubeBox SE I had at the same time. It's a great little unit! Very musical and a bargain soundwise.
