I have just spent the past fifteen minutes trying to regain control of my senses after reading a hilarious two star review on Amazon of a hybrid radio. It is a clever gadget which can either be charged from a USB port, via a small windlass type crank or by an array of solar panels positioned on top of the unit, clever huh?
Well, not if yours develops the two minor faults this gentleman's did. Below is his review:
Initially thought I had a bargain. Sound quality was reasonable for a wind-up radio and it is a handy size. After 6 months the on/off switch and volume control ceased to function, meaning I had to listen at full volume and had to wait for power to run down as unable to switch off. No option but to get rid. Cannot recommend.
