Proac Response 2S Speakers in burr oak with Target R1 stands.

In very good condition.

Can be auditioned in Edinburgh.

I would prefer to sell speakers and stands together. Looking for £650 for speakers and £120 for the stands.

Can deliver free within Edinburgh or within a radius of 80 miles for 40p per mile.

No boxes so, at this point, I would prefer to seek out a local buyer rather than risk these with a courier.

Never heard a Proac speaker I didn't like. They've always been consistently good even back when they were Celef.

Price reduced to £650 for speakers and stands. Classic monitors at a great price.

It seems there is no local interest in these speakers. Reluctantly I will post at cost. I will double box these using double walled boxes. I will buy either offcuts of foam and/or polystyrene chips to ensure they are not damaged in transit. They will be sent by UPS fully insured.

Price £650 plus p&p. No offers please. They are cheap at this price. The last two pairs of Response 1SC went on ebay for £670 plus. Stands not included. Too heavy to post. Local buyers can have stands for free.

Some more info:

The cabinets are in first class condition, at least 9/10. Nothing to trouble a potential purchaser.

No binding post links. They were missing when I bought the speakers. Easily solved with jumpers or bi-wiring.

The grills have no holes, tears or snags. One grill is missing two lugs on the bottom and the other is missing one. However, the missing lugs are not a problem as the lip at the bottom of the speakers holds the grill snug.

One bass/mid has a scuff on the cone. This is only a light scuff. The cone is not pierced and does not affect performance.
