Hi all

My lovely AO 12" chrome PU7 is up for sale. Cardas wired edition, possibly one of the best sounding and easiest to set up arms I have ever used.

Only selling as my new cart is best suited to a different arm and SME fitting so a bargain for someone.

£1500 inc postage.

It's a well reviewed arm too.
I have never heard one, but they are supposed to be very good.

Systemdek regularly use these arms to demonstrate their decks at shows; in fact they used an arm exactly like this one at the recent Manchester show. Sounded very good :).

I use one for my Hadcock. It is SME fitting, and flippin lovely too!

Sorry have been off the forum for a few days.

Many thanks Greg - yes it is not a bad arm is it. :)

I did not say this was an SME fit, I said that my new cartridge is best suited to my SME arm. ( If not clear I apologise for any confusion)

Looking at the AO price list the new equivalent of this arm is £3500 so that probably gives some idea of the saving.

No idea of the effective mass as they are adjusted by Johnny to order, mine was set up to work with a VDH Colibri Platinum but also worked extremely well with an Allnic Verito Z and the Allnic Puritas I also have for sale.

These are nice arms, always fancied one myself, what to do with a 12" arm tho? Hmm...Nick, can I register my interest pending a chat with j7?

I suspect your arm my not have enough effective mass for me either, if you're using one of Dom's carts.

No not using one of Dom's carts - that is in my Dominic modified SME 3012.

I only used VDH Colibri, Allnic Veriito Z and Allnic Puritas in this arm and as far as I know the arm can be tailored to suit any cartridge.
