FS - JR 149 Speakers - full overhaul and refurb

With heavy heart I have decided to sell my JR 149's. I hardly use them and need space and money. The speakers have been completely refurbed. I have done the following to the speakers

1. Complete rebuild of the cross over with 1% tolerance caps supplied by Falcon
2. complete new rewire internally with OFC copper
3. All speaker drivers cleaned extrinsically and all connections cleaned internally.
4. Both cabinets newly veneered, x3 times french polished and x5 layers of high gloss varnish.
5. Both metal cabinets polished.
6. Both speaker bases cleaned and resprayed in high gloss black.

These speakers including all the new caps, veneer, varnisg etc owe me about £375

I'm looking for £300 delievered. The price is reduced to sell and please dont PM offering me less as you will be politely rebuffed.

Great speakers these (I have a pair) and that is an excellent price.

The speakers can be placed anywhere, mine are on the JR wall stands either side of a bay window about six foot off the floor and ten foot apart, not ideal but they sound great with a vinyl front end and also with CD.

Thanks TOny, I had these working with my sansui 719 integrated for a while and in my valve setup they are indeed very versatile with regards to positioning.
