Gatorized Beresford Caiman DAC
I'm the second owner of this DAC and I purchased and installed the Gator board. I'll include the original board in the sale, together with a spare op-amp for the Gator board. The DAC is in very good condition, apart from a mark on the volume control at about 3 o'clock in the picture. Sounds great, detailed sound without any harshness. I'm only selling because I like the convenience of the remote control on my Matric Mini-I DAC, and also the known issue with the muting relay switch, which makes an audible 'peep' (from the unit, not over the speakers) between tracks. It's a small issue and may not concern you unless you sit quite near the unit, with headphones it would be inaudible.
