Does anybody have any pointers for a source of spikes & shoes to suit my Quad 22L speakers (not 22L2's)? I took a quick look last night and they don't appear to be threaded, so my plan to use existing spikes wasn't an option. I plan to drop Quad an email, but I thought I'd ask here first. Any suggestions for isolation spikes/shoes or other solutions would be very much appreciated :)

Cheers

Get yourself some Soundcare Superspikes (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SOUNDCARE-PLUTO-SUPERSPIKES-NEW-SPIKE-SPEAKER-SPIKES-/370982305789?pt=UK_Sound_Vision_Speaker_Parts&hash=item566044bffd) - spike and captive pad all in one. Excellent.
The version I've linked to would be best for you, I'd think - no threaded stuff, it just behaves like a loose foot, or you can use blu-tac or double sided tape.

Many thanks Chris, just the sort of info/recommendations I was looking for :) Does anybody here have any experience of Townshend Seismic Isolation Bars (http://www.townshendaudio.com/hi-fi-home-cinema-equipment-vibration-isolation/seismic-isolation-bars-for-speakers-subwoofers)?
