I wanted a reasonably comprehensive, free, screenshot facility that was simple and quick to use, After trying four rather disappointing ones, I came across 'Screenshot Captor' on download.cnet.com, It really is good and very easy to use. I'd previously been using Gadwin Screenshot, which worked well, but since my last Windows install I'd not got one and now the Gadwin, is "trial period only" before you pay. 'Screenshot Captor is free, but you can donate if you choose.

Should you try the download, just remember to carefully decline the additional free software clutter that comes up for you.
