Hello to the community,
please excuse my poor english, I'll try my best… I live in the german town Saarbrücken, near the french border and I'm collecting and restoring vintage audio equipment since my youth… For many years I was collecting Braun audio equipment, my favorites are the CSV13 tube amp, the PCS 52E turntable with the SME 3009 tonearm in combination with LE1 loudspeakers, electrostatic loudspeakers licensed from Quad. Occasionally I acquired and restored two E.A.R. 509 mk II tube amps here in my home town a year ago, so I'm searching since the matching E.A.R. 802 preamp and an adequate step up transformer. I hope You can maybe help me here, also with informations about older british hifi equipment…
