Those CJ '55' were good deck. Tufnol Platter & Sub platter, four point wood frame suspension fully adjustable from the top, a doddle to set up.. They usually turn up with Linn 'LVV'

Got one of these with a Mayware Formula IV… works really well.

I have a Ortofon F15 Super and a head shell, so find an arm and it's away. Otherwise maybe just sell it. I have a Garrard 401 but love to experiment with unusual turntables.
Also have a mint Naim Stage Line MC. that needs a new home.

Now had a NAD badged Rega 250 mounted with Gold ring Electra/Ed Saucers. Stylus. Will post pictures as soon as I have time. Open to a sensible offer.

Sounds good but I'm used to a Garrard 401/Modified Rega and an AT Ann. PTG 33 so an unfair comparison. I have an Ortofon ff15 Super that might give a better result. Although it is only fair to say sounds for pounds.

I Must stop putting turntables together. Probably will sell, just wish I had more room and could have them all set up and working. Has spare Linn arm board, stylus and spacer arm boards for using a different cart. and a new belt. Plus original box.
I'm out of touch for a few days after today.( family visiting) so will more than likely take it up again soon if any offers.
