Anybody got any kicking about ?

It'll be the final element in my bargain 'Vintage' Rega, Rega, Rega, Rega and Rega system :)

Darn, I gave a load of this to a mate who also has Rega kit. FWIW its a nice cable and plenty cheap enough to justify buying it new. It comes as a length of 4 and is around 4quid a metre so I reckon you could get sorted for a tenner as you just split it down the middle. Far outdid the black rhodium stuff I tried at a similar price.

Hi Richard, I know I could buy it new but I am trying to make the whole system a vintage pre-used / loved one. I have a Planet Mk1 CDP, Luna Amp, Alya speakers and couple IC's, all used and all pretty much mint, so don't want to ruin the ethos with new speaker cable if I don't have to. Strange perhaps but true :)

Totally get it mate. Stay true to your mission! As a bit of a Rega fan I'd be keen to hear it. Probably shows a clean pair of heels to some newer pricier gear.

I must admit, I'm liking it.

I think it looks really nice and retro and while the sound isn't exactly 'hi-fi' it is foot tappingly enjoyable. Doesn't do a lot wrong but does a lot right :)

How much duet and what may you want for it? May also be interested in the couple2 if Mike chooses to pass on your offer. Mike if by any chance I should replace mine I'll send you some quattro for the price of the postage.
