Lack of room has prompted me to sell these and I also fancy a walk down the SET high efficiency route.

The maggies were purchased in November 2012 and have not been used for the past 6 months. They are in pristine condition and fully broken in. If you have never owned planar speakers this is an opportunity to do so at a great price, these cost me £2595 new and I am thinking that a reduced price of £1395 is fair.

See glowing reviews at: The Absolute Sound (http://www.theabsolutesound.com/articles/magneplanar-17-loudspeaker-tas-205/) and TNT Audio (http://www.tnt-audio.com/casse/magnepan_17_e.html)

I am open to swap offers of equal value or money going either direction and would be interested in:

- Horn speakers or other high efficiency 96db+ speaker (SPEAKERS SORTED)
- SET Amplifier 300b, 2A3, 845, etc. (AMP SORTED)
- Turntable without cartridge

The speakers are available for pickup in Worthing, I have all of the original packing materials, manuals, etc. but would rather not ship.

Thanks for looking!

It makes me wish I had a suitable amp to drive these as I've always wanted a pair.. :(:(

My Oto would complain big time... ;)

As an fyi I am also selling the NAD S200 that I used to drive the Maggies for £500 delivered. If you are tempted maybe we can work out a deal, I see you have Heresy's :)
