Real bargain on Ebay or a Scam ?

Email from PayPal to say I can sign up for

Pay After Delivery

Sounds too good to be true for buyers

except all I have to do is sign in - which says Scam to me

Anyone else got one of these ?

If true a right PITA for sellers

Not a scam...Ive used it in the past and Ive found 2 things:
1: Some people will buy your stuff just to try it out with no intention of buying and I had an actual return of an amplifier that was later found to have the phono stage removed:I didn't know until the next buyer returned it due to no phono stage!! eyebrows::eyebrows:
2: Good news is that it will cut down on misdescribed and scam sellers:)

You don't have to opt in as far as I know.

I had one of those, Mike, and signed up for it as there seemed to be no downside. However, I did not click the link in the e-mail (very important), I went to the PayPal site independently and signed up.

I've used it to buy a few things, with no problems (not yet anyhow). Perhaps it might cut down some of the scammer-scum that tell big porkie-pies.
