Hi There,

I'm a Hungarian electrical engineer and piano teacher. Mostly I listen classical music, sometimes I play concerts, too. (As engineer, I design lift-controls.)

I collect vintage loudspeakers, including Epos ES 14 with their speaker stands and Epos m12 and others, mostly Hungarian speakers, there are a lot of them which I modified. I have a KENWOOD-system: KT-5020L tuner (I often listen the Bartok Radio - Hungarian classic music station), KX-4520 tape recorder, DP-5020 CD-player, KA-7020 amplifier and a Lenco L75 with AN-IQ2 pickup. I have about 700 LPs, 500 CDs, 1200 tapes and 2 TeraByte flac, ape, mp4... Sorry, I don't interested in special cables and other additional things - I like the music better than the Hi-Fi ;)

Hi Akos welcome to AoS :) I agree, music is more important - the hifi is just a means to enjoying it!

Hi James,

I see, You have Spendor SP2/1. Earlier I intended to buy Spendor BC1 but it was for me very expensive, that's why rather I bought Epos ES 14. My question is: qualitatively what is the different between the BC1 and the SP2/1? Thanks.
