Yep ,that's why its pishanto , never came with it

Picked it up at a boot sale 29/7/2012 , decided it was repair time , see this post number 33

ah, it's a 500 as it's got a phono stage (700 was line only i believe)

it's also an old one, with the Hinchley transformers so worth fixing if it's not to much money.

mine is the same thing, but in much better condition, lovely amp :)

what valves are in it? if it's el34's then i'd say replace them with 5881's. el34's are known for breaking it...... there are some resistors that are designed to blow, like a fuse, that have been blown on mine (and all repaired too....)

No valves are with it , The ones you see are Valvebloke's as it is with Graeme at the moment

Could you do me a favor ? take some images of your perspex plate and some dimensions see if I can make something :)
