I've just bought a Primare BD32 on their (what turned out to be a rather long-standing) trade-in offer, making it just about affordable, especially if I can sell some other bits on.
I've had a Tag DVD-32R which was very good (when it was working!), a Tag CDT-32R into a Young Dac / Avondale PSU and Philips DVD963SA sacd player.
It's only been going a few hours, but it just wipes the floor with anything else I've ever owned (or heard, come to that). Understatedly brilliant and supremely "musical". It's a great player.
So far I've been able to listen to a few CDs (I didn't know CD could sound so good), a few bits of sacds (stereo only so far) and, something to which I'm quite new, streaming from a NAS.
If you ever get chance to listen to one, do. The magazine reviews seem spot-on.
