Mobile Phone insurance

Out of the blue but a heads up none the less.
Unscrupulous behaviour of a company(CUSC Foneguard) that is flat refusing to refund standing order payments made after a policy was cancelled.
Seems to me trust and straight dealing should be valuable to a brand in the insurance game.
Anyway be aware choose someone else.

Are any of them trustworthy?

I know two people that have been properly shafted by two different phone insurance companies who wouldn't cough up when the phones were damaged and lost.
