Hi to all AOS members,
I've been reading this forum for quite a while and I thought it was time to introduce myself.
About 2 years ago I started out with an Amptastic T-amp (based on what I had read on the AOS forum) and later on added some Quad 11L Classic bookshelf speakers and the Beresford Bushmaster DAC.
These have been moved to the bedroom.
I've recently bought some floorstanders for my study/listening room (medium size), Tannoy Precision 6.2 after demoing them with an Audio Analogue amp.
I stream all my music (Linux server) to my Yulong Sabre DA08 DAC connected to an Audio-GD Master 1 preamp.
I still have to complete my system with a power amp, so I'm considering the Audio Analogue Donizetti Cento Rev 2.0 as I like a detailed but at the same time smooth, not midrange-forward, slightly warm from neutral sound. I want to create a non-fatiguing sound so I can work and listen to music at the same time.
At the moment I'm using an Arcam A38 amp while looking for the rest of the puzzle.
I like all kinds of music, going from classical (especially Brahms and Beethoven) to pop, rock, indie, jazz, ...
