Roger calling  A Cumbrian ex-pat who moved to London 30 years ago and haven't found a way to escape as yet.

Signed up to AoS a while back yet only recently found enough free time to sign in and hopefully participate.

For the most part I tend to cycle through a pile of Vintage equipment in order to give the electrolytics a run out .

Currently annoying my Wife with the following ~
Technics SL-1000 / EPA-100 ~
Technics RS 1500US ~
Through NuVista M3 (Pre only) ~
Into Sansui AU-111 ~
Feeding Tannoy Canterbury's or III LZ's

Lately however I spend more time ripping the guts out of things than listening to music ~ Chasing the Dragon in the name of sonic improvement ( sometimes degradation ) .

Currently driving myself to the Doors of Bedlam testing out a new custom wound transformer built by a friend and myself .

Looking forward to reading more of the excellent discussions here on AoS .

Welcome to AOS Roger.

Enjoy the forum, now you have more time. Hows about a few photos of your set up for the Gallery section of the forum.

This is Nick! And a proper welcome Roger. I sure would like to see some pics of your Techie RS1500 in action!

Glad you've decided to 'come out' and start posting!

Thank 's Nick , You were in fact the unwitting accomplice to my apparent onset of dementure :)

For sure the problem with coming out in this weather ~ Is it to be the sling-backs and A-line polkerdot number or the silk Negligee

Swift and rather grotty image of the US , I need to have a more recent photo session with the new Digi camera
