For a coaxial cable the requirement of low inductance and low capacitance per unit length are mutually exclusive. So you can have one or the other, but not both.
Why does it have to be a coaxial design? What are the speakers you intend using?
As a rule of thumb, it is suggested the loop resistance of the speaker cable be no more than 5% of the speaker impedance. I would suggest the total loop resistance and inductance of any speaker cable should be no more than 0.1Ohm + 0.3microHenries. This is easily achieved by using thick multistranded twisted cable.
As a rough guide, the inductance of a typical speaker will be 0.2 - 2 milliHenries, that is at least 1000 times larger.
If you have the Quad 57 ESLs in mind, the capacitance is ~2 microFarads. In general the capacitance of speaker cable will be < 150pF/metre, so again for reasonable cable lengths the capacitance of the cable will only be a tiny fraction of the speaker capacitance.

Because the conductors need to be close together for low inductance, but wide apart for low capacitance, simultaneously obtaining low inductance and low capacitance seems impossible. But surprisingly, there is a solution to this problem.
Coaxial cable construction places one conductor inside the other. So electricity "sees" the conductors in the same place. This results in very low inductance.
But what about capacitance? Doesn't a coaxial design place the conductors close together forming a high-capacitance cable?
Not necessarily. The conductors can be physically separated by a significant distance using a thick, high-value dielectric to produce very low capacitance while maintaining ultra-low inductance.
The resistance is determined by the size and length of the conductor. Sanders Sound Systems sizes the conductors to obtain medium resistance in the typical range of cable lengths used by most audiophiles.
This type of cable design should only be used for ESLs. It is not ideal for magnetic
speakers.

I have a pair of NVA LS3, which is too short for my system, 2m pair, which is extremely low capacitance and 'moderate' resistance. The inductance figures don't really matter in the context of the cable as they are separated i.e. 4x cables (think about inductance effects here if the cables are so randomly far apart) instead of 2x to wire in. Certainly a cable to 'relieve' systems that are sensitive to cables! There's really no point in coaxial speaker cables though. If anything these will increase the capacitance, not reduce it.
I disagree with Sanders Sound Systems.
For a coaxial cable, the inductance per unit length is proportional to the logarithm of the ratio of the diameter of the outer conductor (the screen) to the diameter of the inner conductor. However the capacitance per unit length is inversely proportional to the logarithm of the conductor diameters. Thus if one uses a cable having a large conductor diameter ratio, the inductance will high, whereas the capacitance will be correspondingly lower.
Sanders is also wrong in stating "The conductors can be physically separated by a significant distance using a thick, high-value dielectric to produce very low capacitance while maintaing ultra low inductance." Whilst nothing can be done about the choice of conductor diameter ratio, the capacitance per unit length can be minimised by using a dielectric having a low value of permittivity.
Unless you live near an airport or a powerful radio transmitter and are bothered with unwanted pick up of RFI, there is no real advantage in using coaxial cable for speaker leads.
Any reasonable twin core "figure of eight" cable having a current rating of 20A will be perfectly adequate. Some swear by the use of 2.5mm2 twin and earth cable as used for domestic ring-main wiring.

Either long (up to 15m (!)) runs of QED 79 strand "figure of eight" cable, or now, two short lengths (~ 20 cm) of QED 79 used in parallel.
The loop resistance of any speaker cable used will effectively appear in series with the output impedance of the power amp powering the speakers. The ratio of the speaker impedance to the amplifier + cable impedance is known as the damping factor. It is desirable that this be as a high as possible, so the low output impedance 'damps' the back emf generated by the moving speaker cone. Or to put it another way - "stops the tail wagging the dog". Clearly speakers that have a high driver mass will need to damped more fully than those having a low driver mass.
Electrostatic speakers use drivers having a very low mass, certainly lower than that of speakers using moving coil drivers, so the speaker cable requirements are far less for ESLs than for moving-coil speakers.

OK - read low resistance and low inductance = thick conductors, closely spaced together.
I doubt if any new cable will improve over what you already have.
I have a few sets of speaker cable round here if you would like to try some.
