My Adcom GTP-600 pre amp has 2 pin switched outlets (like here: http://img.canuckaudiomart.com/uploads/large/182471-adcom_gtp600_tuner51_preamp_processor.jpg )
I would like to connect my Topping TP60 amp to one of these so i don't have to keep switching it on and off manually but it has a 3 pin IEC plug on it Like this http://www.marcmart.us/ebay/a/AM137/AM137-5h.jpg
Is it possible to get or make a cable to do this? All the 2 pins i find have figure 8 connections at the end. Or can it not be done as i need the earth for the amp still?
