Any Beresford MKII Comparisons To Schiit Bifrost

I have been researching DAC's for a while and recently became aware of the Beresford Bushmaster MKII. It seems like a very viable option (and I'm very interested in the battery power option) but I would like to get some idea of the differences between it and the Schiit Bifrost, which has been on my shortlist for a while.

I will be sending optical out from a Squeezebox Classic to the DAC and the DACs signal to a Schiit Magni headphone amp and finally to my Mad Dog headphones. Music preference is usually classic rock, blues and instrumental jazz but I listen to every genre at least a little bit.

Any feedback on the differences between the MKII and Bifrost would be appreciated.
