On offer is a Longdog Audio (Nick Gorham) active crossover for Tannoy Golds or HPDs (probably works with Reds, but I'm not sure). I bought this a couple of years ago in a fit of experimentation, but never got 'round to even trying it out. I doubt I will now, as my speakers seem to be the most stable thing in the whole setup, so I should probably cash this out. I think it was near £500 new, so I'm offering it for £380 posted in the UK.

I'll have pics later today or tomorrow, but it's just a black case with an IEC and some phono sockets on the back.

Hi Jay,

Pics please, with the case open, showing the bits inside. That's the best way to advertise that kind of stuff :)

Marco.

Just for info, its based on this circuit:

I can't remember what op amps I used in that build, but they were better than your standard 5534's

Individual adjustment (internal) for HF and LF output.

Sorry guys. It's been a rough day. Pics tomorrow for sure.

Thanks for adding the info Nick.

Hi Jay,

Ok, no worries. However, pictures must accompany ALL adverts *before* they're posted here, not added afterwards when someone feels like it/is able to do so ;)

The deal is, you wait until you're able to post pics before placing an advert, so that both occur at the same time. Therefore, I'll give you until tomorrow evening to add some pics, or otherwise I'm afraid I will have to remove your ad.

Marco.

Pic as promised. Sorry for the confusion - seems like every forum has different rules for ads. Sometimes it's hard to keep them straight.

Tried to get a closeup of the opamps, but my skill wasn't up to the task.

Thanks, Jay, for posting the pics. The crossover is nicely built, as is the case with all of Nick's work.

Good luck with the sale - I'm sure you'll have no problem in finding a buyer! :)

Marco.

Will consider trades. I'm looking for tonearm cables and phono stages at the moment.
