Spring Clearout

It's officially spring now and I'm having a spring clearout of various bits of kit and cables.

Pioneer A400 £130 UK postage or £110 collected. I've owned this from new, it's seen only occasional use over the last 10 years. There is some crackling on the volume control, but otherwise it's fine.

Denon DRW 650 double cassette deck £25 Owned from new, in long term storage and unused for 12 years . It powers up OK and both transport mechanisms work. Again, no packaging so it's collection only

Some nice bits and bobs there and at excellent prices.
I'm certain that your Arcam interconnects are actually Audioquest Ruby - the range was imported and distributed by Arcam at the time, hence the branding on the plugs.

Thanks for that, I've had them quite some time and I thought that they were made by Audioquest, it was the Arcam branding that threw me :)

My first 'proper' amp was the Pioneer A400.. back in the 80's

At the asking price it sounds very good indeed, probably just needs a little cleaner on the volume pot to sound at it's best.... It is so well made that probably posting would be fairly safe too, and maybe that'd open the sale up to many others

Just a thought....
