I bought this intending to refurbish it, but am not going to have the time with various other projects taking priority. It's in perfect working order! Very good cosmetically as well. I used it briefly in my second system with a pair of Harbeths and it's surprisingly capable.

£40 collected (just off J11 on the M25) or postage at cost.

If only modern gear from the market sector this amp was in could be built as solidly, all would be well.

Yes, the ones with the black panels at the back were apparently the later production models. Not sure if anything changed internally though?

tbh: if you took the lid off you would be pleasantly suprised to how simple the internals are, hence they cost peanuts to rebuild..As you pointed out they are very capable little amps..

I might be interested but feeling a bit fussy today... Is that a scratch next to the "tape monitor" socket ?

I'm afraid it is... although for something of it's age I still think it isn't too bad!

I'll leave it for now but I'm sure someone will take it before long, a very good price for a very nice wee amp.
