Hello to you all from me, Alex from Hereford.
I listen to Rock Pop Jazz and Blues. I have a small dedicated listening room fully treated so I can use ATC50A`s with no problems.
I have the ATC SCA2 Pre amp, a CD Pro transport based on the Aune Audio kit, The dac is the DIY DDDAC 8 stack with uprated transformer.
I have a balanced mains supply, Lorad mains cables and pure silver balanced interconnects made the hard way by threading .3 mm silver wire into a teflon sleeve and plaiting them together with silver plated XLR plugs.
At the moment I only listen to CD but the Dac has the capability of Hi res of which I will explore later as to be quite honest, I now find CD perfectly listenable science building the DDDAC :)
I am into motorsport as well due to owning an Alloy welding company specialising in fluid control.
