FS: Pair Ruark Templar speakers

Nice pair of Ruark Templar floor standing speakers. In full working order. Some signs of general wear and tear with small barely visible repair on bottom of one speaker (see last image):

These are a great bargain. If you want a compact floorstander that will work in a smallish room close to a wall, with great build and finish and with a detailed, well balanced sound look no further. I sorted some for a mate about six years ago and he still thanks me for it pretty much every time I see him :)

:) Appreciate the positive comments and bump Martin... In addition to my comments above, although I'd really prefer the buyer to collect themselves, I would consider packing these for a buyer to arrange their own courier collection...

Thanks Andy, appreciate the comments... no takers though and as I hooked them up to my Croft/Quad pairing again this afternoon and they sound really really sweet, I've decided to keep them...

If any one is interested i have a pair of ruark templar's in excellent condition,with orginal boxes, for pick-up only, near guildford surrey, for the same price,£110, they are great speakers,only selling due to upgrade.

What quad power amp did you pair your croft pre with? I am in the process of experimenting with my croft 25r so curious to hear about your experiences

As per my signature, I'm currently running a Quad 306 with my Croft Micro 25 Basic... and (to my cloth ears) the results are very good indeed...
