Hello everyone,
I live in Bedford, which is a very dreary place. I am old, boring and balding. I have lived on my own for the last thirty years, twenty of which have been spent with a Meridian 200-Series Transport. A recent Google of Meridian 602 has led me to this audio forum, what more can I say?

Hi Geoff, welcome to AOS :) What's the rest of your kit and what music do you like to listen to?
Welcome to AoS Wally, I'm glad you found us as I have been trying to find you for bloody years. I never thought to look in Bedford though, I've mostly been checking the books :D
So, I have a sneaky feeling your Meridian transport is not alone (excepting your good self of course) so what is it feeding on a regular basis? ;)

My interests are varied but production and presentation of whatever I am listening to is of great importance. The speakers that I currently use are 20-litre ATC. These loudspeakers will comfortably cripple most domestic amplifiers.
I have a number of amplifiers all of which are quite difficult to move around due to their weight and the fragility of some of the components which protrude from the top.
**EDIT**
Now that I have had a chance to have a look around the forum I see that tube amplification is not that uncommon. I have a variety of equipment and have no doubt that at some time in the future I will find it necessary to seek advice from your esteemed selves. I need a power switch for a Beard P100 Mk2 desperately :please:
I am sure your brightening up Bedford Geoff with that lovely system of yours. Greetings!
