This time a AKAI CS-34D cassette player , with it original box , made in 1978 :)

Powers up and plays , no fast forward or rewind at the moment , will have a look inside and see if its belt related

Just looked inside , It must have about 10 belts running everywhere

Cant see anything specific to your deck Al but the links above may help if you can measure the belt size you need
