Puresound EL84 valve amplifier

For sale is my superb little Puresound A10.

This is a little EL84 based Class A amp with 10 watts per channel in excellent condition.
Dont be fooled by the low power, this little amplifier is more than happy driving my Rega RS3 (89db).

Ideal if you listen to music at late night low to medium volume levels.

This is really a lovely amplifier. I have also a Nait 5i but found the A10 to be smoother.
It terms of volume it goes as loud as I could possible want. I usually listen with the volume at 10 o'clock.
It has better mids, highs but not the same bass control as the Nait.
This has been my first valve amp and really an eye opener. My Nait sounds harsh next to this one.

The reason I am selling it is just that it is not adequate to my living room environment.
It gets really hot and my wife almost burned her fingers when trying to dust it:doh:

She said that it is quite dangerous for our kids (4 & 6) so I need to get rid of it.

I live in Walsall (Junction 10 of M6) and and everyone is welcome to come and listen to it.

Carlos if it sounds anything like my Audio Note using EL84's then it sounds superb... I prefer the 84's to the 300b from Audio Note, as it's not so treacle sounding if that makes any sense, I found the 300b rather 'thick' sounding and not so articulate as the 84 sound ;)

And for £310 that sounds a bargain to me for the magic of the 84's
