Marantz Cd Player

Hi Guys, looking for an amp and cd player, also speakers,
have been searching around come across

Marantz CD/MP3 Player CD5004 - Silver £162
&
Marantz CD player Silver Gold CD-5004/FN £315

they both look pretty much the same to me, apart from the (silver & gold) and just (silver)
however I did notice FN ?
I did chk Google but it went on about windows keyboard function.

Can anyone help out,
I love the "Marantz PM6005 Integrated Amplifier with Digital Input - Silver" must be silver
loved the Rotel RA-10 Stereo Amplifier (close to silver) unsure if there is a CD player to match and if so must be within my £700 budget.
Can anyone help out on speakers, 1st choice was Tannoy vi amazon selling Marantz amp / cd + tannoy spks
However if I go in another direction, "Q Acoustics 2010i Bookshelf Speakers in Walnut" for instance, any good ?
I know I am a pain, but any advice with directions would be very much appreciated, one condition they must be silver excluding the spks, these must be lite wood effect

Hey Gary, I think the Marantz gear should work well together and certainly reviews indicate this.
You mention Tannoy speakers and I wonder how you feel about Mercury MX1 in light beech?
I may have a pair going cheap next week.
