Fs: SAC Glowmaster 300B amp-one year old

Hi folks,

This beautiful amp has to go.

Some technical data:

SAC GLOWMASTER 300B AMP made in Thailand.

One year old, in perfect condition.

Push-pull configuration.

THD:
0.15% (-56dB) at 1 watt RMS.
1.7% at (-35dB) 22 watt RMS.
Max power around +30 watt RMS (for 100ms).

Frequency response at 1 watt and 22 watt is almost the same (-3.0dB) from 5Hz up to 80,000Hz.

Voltage: 220-240 v.

Two volume attenuators, one per channel. A cd-player can be connected directly to the amp or the amp can be used as power amp when connected to a pre-amp.

Two input connectors: unbalanced (RCA) and balanced. (XLR)

OUTPUT TUBES: FOUR TJ 300 SOLID PLATES (two per channel).

Other tubes: three 6N1P tubes per channel.

It looks very similar to the SAC Glowmaster and if anything like the Glowmaster a really good buy

Err... could that be because it IS a SAC Glowmaster?

Not sure it looks like the glowmaster kt88 but that hs twice the power did not know they did a 300b

Yes, it uses the same chassis of the Glowmaster KT-88 but in this case with 300B tubes.

It was custom made to order: I put two things together the Glowmaster chassis ,a design a that I really love, plus 300B tubes.

thats a super looking amp you have there and a great price - Silk make some pretty stonking iron so I have no doubt it sounds the part - I very nearly ordered one of these myself a year or two ago before I plumped for the air tight amps I have now
